About Radiance Oak
Radiance Oak Event Space, nestled within the storied walls of the historic Makins Produce Warehouse in Oakland’s vibrant Jack London District, offers a truly unique and captivating venue for your special occasions.
Main Space with DJ station
The Main Space is approx 2000 sq ft with a bamboo dance floor and DJ station. It can easily be configured for a dance party, a social gathering, corporate event, meeting, or class. Collapsible tables and chairs are available.
Gallery Space
The Gallery is 375 sq ft, and can be configured for various art shows, or an option for a cozy gathering place or both! Booking options below. Capacity is 38 standing, 20 seated in chairs, 17 seated at tables
Modern Kitchen
Our modern kitchen is equipped with a Wolf stove and oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, recycling bins, and filtered water. A lovely kitchen bar with seating connects to the Main Space. Guests are free to use our cookware and large utensils.
Pillow Room
Our cozy Pillow Room can be used for meditation and yoga practice, small classes, informal meetings, breakout sessions, or a chill space. It measures 270 sq ft. Capacity is 20 seated on floor mattresses, 27 standing, 14 seated in chairs, and 12 seated at tables.
